Service Description

We will meet at the property to assess the staging requirements and gather the information required to prepare a detailed quote. Firm pricing will be provided within 48 hours - Important: The lead time from acceptance of the quote to staging the property is a minimum of 5 business days. The fee for this service is $175 + HST; eligible for a $75 credit on final staging invoice. The Vacant Property Assessment typically takes from 30 mins - 1.5 hours depending on the property size and staging requirements. Please note: This service is for completely vacant, un-occupied homes looking for a quote to stage.
