In response to COVID-19, KW Home Staging & Redesign is offering an e-Staging Consultation service. Home Sellers will be asked to submit photos of up to 12 key spaces. An in-depth analysis with written guidance and photo markups will be provided to support any recommended actions.

The first step in staging a Vacant Property is the Vacant Property Assessment:A visit to the property to take measurements, assess the staging requirements, and prepare a detailed staging plan and firm pricing. The fee for the Vacant Property Assessment is eligible for partial credit in the final staging invoice.

Photo Prep Service:Following the Home Staging Consultation, book a "Photo Prep" session for the hours leading up to listing photos. This service helps ensure optimal styling and placement of a seller's existing items prior to their professional photo session. $150 minimum; please inquire regarding the fee schedule.
This service is for light hands-on staging. All heavy furniture and items should be relocated, per the recommendations from the Home Staging Consultation, prior to the Photo Prep visit.
Pre-Listing Review:A return visit prior to listing to review the work performed since the Home Staging Consultation. Beneficial when a sufficient amount of time has elapsed since the initial Home Staging Consultation.$150 + HST, up to 1.5 hours

The Staging Rentals service is available following the Home Staging Consultation in owner-occupied homes. In fully vacant properties, it all begins with the Vacant Property Assessment.
Staging rentals can include furniture, accents, accessories/decor; carefully selected to compliment the unique features of the property and its target market
Comprehensive quote includes rentals for an initial 4 weeks, staging planning & design, pack & load, delivery, set-up, and de-stage.

Need more help? The Design Consultation is also used as the first step to discuss your needs for a more detailed design service. We would meet to review the project requirements and gather the information required for quoting additional services. Where the Design Consultation is served solely for the purpose of gathering information for additional services, a partial credit for the Design Consultation will be provided on the final invoice.
