-- This service is also for partially furnished unoccupied properties -- The comprehensive in-home Home Staging Consultation (1-2 hrs) will cover topics such as: ​ - Suggested updates, upgrades and repairs that will benefit the property for resale - Proper furniture layout and placement to accurately showcase each space - Cleaning, decluttering and depersonalizing requirements - Practical tips for organization and storage - Decor assessment - Review of materials, finishes & fixtures (for updates/renovations) - Colour consultation (paint) ​Home sellers will gain an understanding of what is ideal to complete before the property goes on the market and learn how to improve the marketability of the home! This consultation comes complete with follow-up support, trade professional referrals, and access to trade discounts! Available upon request. Please note: Staging rentals (furniture/decor) are only provided in limited and select scenarios in owner-occupied homes; please inquire in advance with your Realtor or during your Home Staging Consultation if there are specific needs. ​ Additional mileage fees apply for properties outside a 25km radius of central Waterloo.
