-- This service is also for partially furnished unoccupied properties -- The comprehensive in-home Home Staging Consultation (1-2 hrs) will cover topics such as: ​ - Suggested updates, upgrades and repairs that will benefit the property for resale - Proper furniture layout and placement to accurately showcase each space - Cleaning, decluttering and depersonalizing requirements - Practical tips for organization and storage - Decor assessment - Review of materials, finishes & fixtures (for updates/renovations) - Colour consultation (paint) - Quotes for additional staging services (staging rentals to supplement an existing collection) | $1,000 + HST project minimum ​Home sellers will gain an understanding of what is ideal to complete before the property goes on the market and learn how to improve the marketability of the home! This consultation comes complete with follow-up support, trade professional referrals, and access to trade discounts! Available upon request. ​ Additional mileage fees apply for properties outside a 25km radius of central Waterloo.
